Meet Theresa 
RVT, CVT, LVT

Owner Elevated Veterinary Solutions LLC

Theresa’s commitment to the animal world began on her family's Michigan horse farm, where she developed an early, intuitive connection with species ranging from small mammals and livestock to reptiles and birds. This lifelong immersion evolved into a high-level veterinary nursing career defined by technical expertise and a dedication to fortifying the human-animal bond. Today, as a 2010 graduate of Michigan State University with experience spanning general practice, emergency medicine, academia, shelter work, and relief, Theresa has refined her mission to go beyond clinical tasks: she is here to support the people who support the pets.

Theresa understands firsthand the personal and professional challenges inherent in a veterinary career. Driven by peer feedback and the fulfillment she finds in restoring the "human" element to the human-animal bond, she founded Elevated Veterinary Solutions LLC to alleviate workplace stress. When Theresa joins a team, she brings a stabilizing, resourceful presence that assimilates seamlessly into new environments, creating a fundamental balance between high-standard clinical care and a sustainable workplace culture.

Theresa doesn't just “fill a spot”; she invests in your team’s vitality so that staff and patients alike are uplifted together. Based in the Boulder/Denver area, she provides practices with the breathing room they need to thrive. Whether she is stepping in for an urgent vacancy, proactively combating compassion fatigue by covering much-needed time off, or mentoring new hires until they are fully integrated, Theresa is dedicated to elevating the relief experience for every clinic she enters.

ADAPATIVE ROLE INTEGRATION

  • Scheduled for anesthesia, but radiology has a call out? Reception needs an extra hand? EVS provides a "floating" asset to your team who can seamlessly shift between departments and roles to meet your clinic's immediate priorities.

  • Strategic Staffing Support: EVS helps bridge employee gaps by providing coverage as well as mentorship until new hires are fully integrated.

SCHEDULE-FRIENDLY POLICIES

  • No Premium Fees: EVS offers short-notice coverage and weekend shifts at standard rates​​

  • Only need help with morning procedures or a busy afternoon appointment block? Partial shifts welcome! (4 hour minimum booking).

  • Week day staff needing a break from covering weekends? EVS prefers weekends!

 

FAIR & TRANSPARAENT BOOKING

  • Life happens. Deposits are fully refundable or can be applied to a rebooking when requests are made up to 7 calendar days prior to the start of the shift.

  • EVS offers 25% off the next booking in the unlikely event they must cancel less than 3 calendar days prior to the start of the shift or if EVS must initiate leaving a shift early.

  • Worried about hiring a difficult or toxic relief technician? EVS believes that a healthy team leads to healthy patients and brings a calm, focused, and inclusive attitude.
